1. How long does it take for orders to ship?

2. Who can purchase materials from Dyslexia Media?
Many of the items on Dyslexia Media are restricted to those who are trained in Sounds In Syllables (SIS). Due to the intensive training required to implement SIS, we are protective of who can purchase these materials. To learn more about training, visit our training page. SIS-restricted products require an account to purchase. Once you apply for an account, your credentials will be verified, and your account approved. This process may take a few hours, as it is not automatic. Some items are available to the general public and can be added to your cart without creating an account.

3. Why are some SIS materials restricted?
SIS materials are designed for use by trained professionals who have undergone specialized training. This ensures that the materials are used correctly and effectively for dyslexia therapy.

4. Can anyone buy SIS products?
No, only individuals who have completed SIS training are eligible to purchase restricted materials. However, non-restricted items can be purchased by anyone.

5. What if there’s a color change in an item I ordered?
We strive to keep our prices as low as possible for therapists and use two professional printing companies depending on the product. Occasionally, there may be a change in the color of an item due to unavailability with our printer or cost constraints. We understand this may be frustrating and assure you that we do our best to minimize these changes.
