Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We strive for prompt shipping of your orders. However, as most items necessitate professional printing, your order may occasionally be shipped in multiple parts. Anticipate an email notification when your order is en route.

You will receive an email notification when your order is prepared for pickup. Kindly ensure to confirm a designated date and time for your pickup. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if a pickup date and time were not confirmed in advance.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Unless otherwise stated, shipping is charged at a flat rate of 12% of the total order price before taxes. This fee is consistent with the fees charged by S.I.S. Publishing prior to ASDEC acquisition.  UPDATE JULY 1, 2024: Due to UPS and USPS price increases, we will now have a $5.00 minimum $5.00 shipping charge. 

Shipping will occur via UPS or USPS.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@dyslexiamedia.com with a description and picture of the damage. We address these on a case-by-case basis and replace promptly upon agreement. See Refund Policy for more information.
