1. Returns Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving damaged or defective goods. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow our exchange procedure outlined below.
2. Exchange Procedure for Damaged Goods: If you receive a product from Dyslexia Media, LLC that is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please note this does not include damaged packaging. The product must be damaged or defective. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item at contact@dyslexiamedia.com.
- Provide a clear description and a picture of the damage. The product, not just the packaging, must show damage.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If your exchange request is approved, we will promptly send you a replacement product.
3. Materials Purchase Policy:
Our materials are exclusively available for purchase by authorized therapists who have completed official training in the 'Sounds In Syllables' curriculum. Any purchase made by an unauthorized individual will be subject to refund.
Unauthorized purchases will be promptly identified and refunded, and the individual responsible for the unauthorized purchase may be subject to further actions as per our terms and conditions.
We take the protection of our curriculum and the quality of our training seriously, and this policy helps us maintain the integrity of our educational materials. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these standards.
4. Copyrighted Materials
ASDEC is the copyright owner of Sounds In Syllables. As a condition of sale of copyrighted materials, the purchaser agrees not to reproduce these materials or permit others to do so.
